I created Support Vista because I know what it is like to lead a technical support team that is drowning in work, unclear processes, and constant ASAP requests.

For years, I was the person balancing calls from plants, troubleshooting engineering issues, guiding field technicians, and responding to internal teams all at once. I watched talented people burn out, not because they lacked skill or effort, but because the system around them was never built to match the reality of the job.

That experience shaped everything I do now.

Support Vista exists to bring clarity to small teams. My work focuses on building better workflows, improving tools, creating honest metrics, and establishing a calmer rhythm of operations. I partner closely with leaders to design systems that support their people, strengthen customer relationships, and create more predictable operations.
